Credit and Attendance

At Kaizen Racket Club, our programs are designed to support consistent, long-term development. To maintain a high-quality training environment and ensure fairness across all participants, the following policy applies to all enrolments:

Attendance Expectations

  • Enrolment secures a reserved place for the full term.
  • Sessions are structured with the expectation that students will attend regularly throughout the term.
  • Our programs are not designed for intermittent attendance, as consistency is key to development.

Absences (Sickness, Travel, Other Commitments)

  • We understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can occur.
  • However, we are unable to offer credits, refunds, or make-up sessions for missed classes due to personal reasons, including:
    • Sickness or injury
    • Travel or holidays
    • School or family commitments
  • This is because places are reserved in advance and sessions are planned based on consistent attendance.

Session Cancellations (By Kaizen)

  • If a session is cancelled by Kaizen Racket Club, a credit or refund will be issued for that session.
  • This includes cancellations due to venue closures, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Walk-In (Casual) Sessions

  • We do offer walk-in (casual) sessions where availability allows.
  • These sessions are limited in capacity, as priority is given to students enrolled for the full term.
  • The higher walk-in fee reflects the flexibility and inconsistency of attendance, as well as the need to maintain viable group sizes and coaching quality.
  • Walk-in sessions are best suited for occasional attendance and do not guarantee ongoing placement.
